Oct 1, 2023 – This year’s theme, “Women in Rahway History,” will feature 12 women from the pages of Rahway’s past who played a part in the history of the city, exhibited admirable attributes, or represented universal qualities. During this unique educational experience, groups are guided to gravesites where costumed actors portray each woman and tell their stories. - Four Centuries in a Weekend
Oct 21 & 22, 2023 – Along with many other locations throughout Union County, our museum will be open for tours, along with an opportunity to visit the neighboring Historic Rahway Cemetery. On Sunday, Oct. 22, join us for a daylong Hearth Cooking Demonstration, enjoy the sights and smells of the kitchen of days gone by, and sample our fare. - Lantern Lit Cemetery Tours
Oct 27 & 28, 2023 – This nighttime tour will showcase the sinister side of Rahway’s history. Guests will be escorted through the cemetery by their “Spirit Guide” who will relay thirteen true stories of murder, tragic deaths, and the unexplained goings on within the cemetery gates. Tickets go on sale on Sept 8, and will likely sell out – don’t wait!
