Join us for an Evening of Music and Mirth!
On Saturday, March 18, the museum will hold its second annual Celtic Hearth Light Tavern Night beginning at 7 pm. Guests are welcome to celebrate the soon-to-arrive spring season with live music and spiritous drinks at one of New Jersey’s oldest taverns. Local Irish balladeer and musician Brian Kennedy will once again provide the evening’s entertainment as he performs lively Irish tunes and traditional tavern songs.
The taproom will be serving beer and wine for guests over 21, and appetizers and soft drinks will be included for all.
This Celtic celebration begins at 7 p.m. and reservations are required as space is limited. Tickets are $20 for the general public, $15 members of the museum as well as students, $5 for 12 and under. Tickets include two spirituous drink tokens (21 and over only), non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.
Check in is at the Terrill Tavern (the small structure located behind the main building). Parking will be at Parkside Plaza, 1600 St. Georges Avenue in Rahway. The Museum is located at 1632 St. Georges Avenue, one block north of the Parkside lot. (Please let us know if you need handicap parking drop-off.)
